Anhänge sind nicht über Email abrufbar

    Hallo, wenn ein Formular mit Anhängen eingeht bekommen wir das direkt in unser gängiges Postfach außerhalb Jotform . Leider lassen sich die Anhänge nicht darüber öffnen. Es erscheint eine Fehlermeldung wie im Anhang zu sehen ist.

    Man muss separat nochmal in Jotform sich anmelden um die Dokumente runterzuladen,

    Wir bitten um eine schnelle Lösung, da es unser Workflow beeinträchtigt.

    I noticed on your account's settings that you have the "Require log-in to see uploaded files" enabled. You can disable this on your account so that anyone who has the link to your file will be able to access them and will not require them to log in on their account. Here are the steps how:

    1. Click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right
    2. In the menu, click on your username
    3. Next, on the left panel of the page, click Security
    4. Then under Privacy, uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files option

    Once this is done, your files should be available to anyone whom you share the link for download with and you should not see the error anymore.
