Short Scollable Terms: Content Not Showing in PDF

Beste,

Ik heb een formulier gemaakt met algemene voorwaarden als ik de optie wil aanduiden van;

Stuur inhoud?

Ja Nee

Als het formulier is ingezonden, wordt de tekst van de Algemene Voorwaarden ook meegestuurd.

Als ik ja aanduid en ik sla het op en daarna kijk is is het weer niet aangeduid.

Dus als ik de optie aanduid van;

Als het formulier is ingezonden, wordt de tekst van de Algemene Voorwaarden ook meegestuurd.

Druk ik op ja als ik het opsla en terug kijk dan slaat hij het niet op en werkt het ook niet.

Ik heb dit bij meerdere formulieren.

dit duid ik aan op ja maar dan als ik op ja duw dan krijg ik dit niet in de pdf.

En als ik op ja duw en ik sla het op en ik kijk terug dan zie ik dit nog steeds niet. en dan lukt dit niet.

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form and confirmed that send content is set to yes. Can you try deleting the existing PDF in your form and create a new one? This should update your PDF report. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo and select PDF Editor.

• Click on +New PDF and New PDF Document to create a new PDF.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
