How to send value in Salesforce selected in Single Choice field with Calculation Value?

    Hallo Support Team,

ich habe gerade folgendes Problem bei diesem Formular:

    https://eu.jotform.com/build/240314839859063

    Hi FranzMayr,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can add another Single Choice element and add an Update/Calculate Field condition to copy the data selected in the first Single Choice field to the other Single Choice field you added, then map the new Single Choice field to Salesforce. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, duplicate the Single Choice field and edit the label with True or False option. How to send value in Salesforce selected in Single Choice field with Calculation Value? Image 1 Screenshot 70
    2. Next, you need to set up the condition. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
    3. Click on Conditions from the left side and click on Update/Calculate Field. How to send value in Salesforce selected in Single Choice field with Calculation Value? Image 2 Screenshot 81
    4. Create this condition and click on Save. How to send value in Salesforce selected in Single Choice field with Calculation Value? Image 3 Screenshot 92
    5. Next, you need to map the Single Choice field that has the True or False value in Salesforce integration and click on Save Action. How to send value in Salesforce selected in Single Choice field with Calculation Value? Image 4 Screenshot 103
    6. Hide the Single Choice field you added. How to send value in Salesforce selected in Single Choice field with Calculation Value? Image 5 Screenshot 114

It will copy the value entered in Desktop Vorgabe field to other Single Choice you added. Check out my screencast:

As I mentioned in my previous post, I am aware of this workaround to reach the goal. However, since I have forms with a large number of selection fields, I was looking for a simpler way. Is there another, simpler option without the mentioned workaround?

    Hi FranzMayr,

Thanks for getting back to us. Another workaround that I can suggest is to use the form's calculation widget to retrieve a string of calculated values for the associated field. Let me show you how:

First, add the form calculation widget:

    1.  In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. On the Widgets tab, click on the form calculation widget.
