Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the subscription payment for the Bronze plan? If so, then please note that subscriptions are subject to auto-renewal. To cancel the subscription, kindly go to the Billing section in Settings and Downgrade back to free as explained in this guide. To prevent PayPal from initiating the autopay feature and reactivate the subscription, kindly cancel the PayPal autopay feature by following this guide.
If you want to cancel and request for a refund for the subscription, kindly fill out the Refund request form, and within 24–48 hours, our team will review the request, and once approved, the subscription will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
