    Liebes Jotform-Team

    ich kann mich nicht mehr in unseren Account einloggen. Ihr verlangt eine Verifizierung und gebt an, es werde ein Passwort an info@nebelspalter.ch geschickt. Dort kommt aber nie ein Passwort an.

    Was tun?

    Aktuell können wir den Account nicht nutzen, was geschäftsschädigend ist.

    Ich danke euch deshalb für eine sehr rasche Antwort.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked and see that the account is active, you should have no issues logging in to the account. I also checked your email logs and see that the authentication code was sent. Could you please check your spam or junk folders if the email was sent there? I also went ahead and flushed your log in attempts, please clear your browser cache and cookies then try checking again.
