Hallo liebes Jotform-Team,wir sind der Kinderschutzbund Landesverband Baden-Württemberg e.V. und nutzen jotform in der kostenfreien Version. Einige von uns haben jeweils für ihre Projekte einen Account angelegt. Da wir planen mehr Veranstaltungen anzubieten, denken wir über ein Upgrade auf Silber nach.Wie viele Nutzer (=E-Mail-Adressen) kann es dann für die monatlichen 50 Formulare geben? Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. The Silver subscription plan is allowed to have one user who uses his/her account individually, and they cannot share their log-in info/credentials or otherwise allow anyone else to use them to access the Platform as per our Terms of Use. But the ones who could view and fill out the forms depend on your subscription, as shown in the Pricing List.

In case you need to have multiple users accessing the same account, I suggest you take a look at our Enterprise Solution via this link. You can also consider the Form Collaboration within the Form Builder, it’s a real-time, seamless experience where multiple team members can simultaneously work on the same form. You might also want to check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
