    Mein Account ist suspendet, wieso kann ich mich nicht mehr anmelden? Könnt Ihr mir helfen?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

    Now, let me help you with your question. I forwarded your issue to our relevant team. I'll get back to you as soon as I have an update.

    Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. I'm sorry that this is happening. I checked your account and saw that your account is suspended due to collecting Log-in Credentials. Note that this is not allowed because it is against our Terms of Use.

    To reactivate your account, we kindly request your permission to delete the offending fields from your forms.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    oh yes that's right, we are an agency and have to collect certain contact details from customers. We will do this in a different way in the future. Can you please unblock us again? It will not happen again. I didn't mean anything bad by it... I'm sorry

    Thanks for getting back to us. We removed the offending fields from your forms. Your account is now reactivated and we've whitelisted your IP address. You should be able to log back in now.
