Ich bin ehrenamtlicher Wettkampfrichter im Deutschen Ruderverband und Jurypräsident / Wettkampfrichterobmann bei verschiedenen Regattavereinen z.B. in Hamburg und München.

Ich würde Jotform gerne dafür nutzen, um bei den Wettkampfrichtern abzufragen, wer für welche meiner Regatten Zeit hat. Zudem würde ich dann einige Infos abfragen, wie z.B. wann sie anreisen usw. Also kurzum: Meine Wettkampfrichterteams für die verscheidenen Regatten zusammenzustellen und zu organisieren.

Das alles ist ehrenamtlich und daher mein privates Geld, was ich an Sie ausgeben würde. Ich habe gesheen, dass Sie ein Angebot über 50% haben, wenn ich denn in den nächsten 24 Stunden buche. Allerdings wäre das immer ein Jahres-Abo. Ich bräuchte aber Bronze nur für einen oder zwei Monate im Jahr. Und dann nächstes Jahr wieder. Gibt es hier eine Möglichkeit, das 50% Angebot auch monatlich zu nutzen? Das würde mir sehr helfen!

Now, let me help you with your question.  I guess you're referring to our 50% Welcome discount. Unfortunately, the 50% discount offer is for yearly and bi-yearly subscriptions only, not monthly. If you upgrade to monthly, it would be at the full price.

If you're referring to the 50% Non-Profit discount, you need to apply for it by filling out the form. After submitting the form, the information you sent will be reviewed. You will get a confirmation in the email address that you have provided in the application form within 24 to 48 hours. We also offer discounts for Educational Institutions.

Dann wäre sicher der Non-Profit discount genau das richtige für meinen beschrieben Einsatz des Tools. Denn alle Wettkampfrichter des Deutschen Ruderverbandes und auch des Weltruderverbandes sind immer eherenamtlich tätig. Im Gegenteil häufig zahlen wir sogar die Anreise selbst. Und beide Verbände sind gemeinnützig. Daher passt der Non-Profit discount wohl genau zu meinem Fall. Danke dafür, dass Ihr uns in unserem Ehrenamt mit dem Discount unterstützt!

Allerdings bin ich zwar eherenamtlicher Wettkampfrichter in den beiden Verbänden und Jurypräsident / Wettkampfrichterobmann bei verschiedenen gemeinnützigen Regattavereinen z.B. in Hamburg und München, aber ich selbst bin ja kein Verein. Was soll ich dann bei "Registered Organization Name" und bei "Organization URL" rein schreiben? Und was soll ich als "appropriate document" anfügen.

Ich könnte nur z.B. die folgenden URLs einfügen, die zeigen, dass ich tatsächlich an den verschiedenen Stellen Wettkampfrichterobmann / Jury Präsident bin. Ich könnte auch noch meinen Wettkampfrichter Ausweis vom Weltruderverband hochladen.
