Wenn ein Kunde die Onlinebestellung durchgeführt hat und auch alle Pflichtfelder eingetragen hat, wird häufig in der Bestellbestätigung per email an mich einige Felder nicht in der email übertragen.

Hi hmuellen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with your Notification Emails. To clarify, are you having this issue with your form with ID 80932527748971? If yes, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Since I was unable to replicate your issue, I cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you please test your form and see how it goes? If the issue persists, please consider deleting your Notification Email and then create it again. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the left column, click on the Emails tab.
- Hover with your mouse on the Notification Email and click on the Trash icon to delete it.
- Now, click on the + Add Email button at the top and select a new Notification Email.
- Edit the Email Subject, also the logo of your Email.
- Finally, click on Save, then test your form once again.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hallo Vincenzo, das hat leider nicht geklappt, trotz mehrfachem Löschen und Neuerstellung der e-Mail.
