Now, let me help you with your question. May I verify, if you are referring to, a create an order form and creating a report based on user order? If yes, this is possible by Jotform Report Builder. You can easily generate visual reports that are based on your submission data. You will be able to see the total number for each product purchased from all the submissions if you use the Donut, Pie, Columns, and Bar chart type.

Let me show you how to do it:

• In Form Builder, click the arrow down on the upper-left side of the screen.
• A prompt will show, click on Report Builder.

• It will direct you to Report Builder.
• On here you can customize your report. Ex. I choose Blank.

• After that, you will be directed to the report builder page.
• To add the report,
• On the left side of your screen, click form fields.
• Click My Products to add to the page.
