Creating multiple registrations for a camp registration form

Hallo,

Momenteel lopen onze inschrijvingen voor onze vakantiekampen via de formulieren van jotform, wat momenteel zeer goed loopt. Graag willen we naar volgend jaar uitbreiden en eventueel anders aanpakken en vroeg mij af wat jotform hierin kan betekenen.

We willen dat ouders moeten inloggen om in te schrijven en hun kinderen koppelen aan hun account. Wanneer ze dan bijvoorbeeld voor meerdere kampen inschrijven er automatisch kortingen kunnen worden toegekend. Ook zou het handig zijn als we bepaalde documenten kunnen koppelen aan het account van de ouders zoals fiscale attesten en deelname attesten.

Zitten dergelijke zaken binnen de mogelijkheden van Jotform ?

To clarify, are you trying to create a membership type of form where users can sign into their accounts? Unfortunately, we do not have that feature natively but we do have a blog post that discusses this functionality.

You can also create a two-form process wherein the first form will be the form where the parents can register and then once they submit, they will be redirected to the second form to enroll their children. Take note that you can pass the data from the first form to the second form.

If you want to register multiple users, then you can use the Configurable List widget where the respondent can add multiple similar fields in a single form.
