Hi Lisa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to rename the folders of downloaded attachments. Please note that when you download all uploads, it will create a folder for each submission with the submission ID. So, you can add the Submission ID next to your Project Space column on your Tables, this way you can see which is the Submission ID associated to each project and search for it in the downloaded folders. Check out the screencast below to see how to do it:
Also, while the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

I did not ask to rename the Folders.
When I initially downloaded the applications, all Folders were named after the space name of the applicant. That was possible.
When I downloaded the next time, there errors, could not be downloaded, files were missing and the Folders were named in random number combinations.
So, that's a bug.
I reported it already but nothing has been done.
The support is horrible, because there is no communication at all and I am asked the same questions over and over.

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you find our support unsatisfactory. I’ll do my best to help you. To avoid confusion, I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
