How to download submissions at once?

Also: Is it possible to download all the the information from a form including the data each inquiry uploaded in one step?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it is possible to download all submissions at once unless it's encrypted. Here's how to do that: 

1. From your My Forms page, select the form and click the Submission option at the top. 
2. Select the submissions you want to download, and click the Download All button. You can download the submissions through CSV, Excel, and PDF.
