Deleted Account Reactivation

    Hallo, ich habe mich vor ein paar Tagen mit der Mailadresse angemeldet und dann den Account gelöscht.

    Nun möchte ich den Account aber doch nutzen. Leider ist die Mailadresse noch belegt.

    Können Sie die Mail wieder freigeben, damit ich noch einmal registrieren kann.

However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in German, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you wish to reactivate a deactivated account. We can still reinstate an account that has been closed or deleted within 30 days of the date of deletion. If the account has been deleted for more than 30 days, it will be permanently deleted from our database, and you will need to establish a new account with Jotform.

    For us to check the status of your account, can you provide us with the email address you used for that account?

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
