Jotform Tables: Download CSV/Excel stuck on loading

Liebes Support-Team,

aus irgendeinem Grund kann ich die beiden Formulareinträge aus dem folgenden Posteingang nicht als Excel-Datei runterladen: econo=me Einreichung 2023/24 - Jotform Inbox

Es steht die ganze Zeit "Bereitet vor" auf dem Download-Button.

Könnt ihr mir bitte dabei helfen?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. We had a known issue earlier about users who were not able to download submissions into Excel files, however, our Developers team advised that they've solved the issue, so it should all be working fine now. I also cleared your form cache to refresh your forms. Can you give it a try and see how it goes? 

If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

thanks for your reply. English is fine.

I tried it again but it the download is not working at all. Could you please have a deeper look at it? I found a more complicated way, to download the form (download all data). It is working there. But this way is not efficient.

Thanks for getting back to us. I've tried to download the Excel file from your Inbox and I couldn't replicate the issue. Everything works the way it is supposed to.

Can you clear your browser's cookies, log out log in back into your account, and try with incognito mode? Also, if the issue persists, can you try to download them from Tables?
