Guten Tag,
wir erhalten Meldungen, dass das Formular über dien Link anscheinend nicht korrekt übermitteld wird.
Weder bei unserem DIenstleister noch bei dem Techniker kommen die Leads an.
Können Sie das einmal prüfen, obein Problem vorliegt?Danke und Grüße,

I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. We're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please note that I have checked your Account Email Logs and could notice that all the notifications are properly sent. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
If the issue still persists, can you please elaborate a bit more about the issue that you are having? Are your customers seeing an error message after submitting the form, or are they never receiving a confirmation email after properly submitting it and arriving to the thank-you page? Also, can you share with us the Form URL that you are sharing with your customers? This way we can better understand what is going on.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
