    Hallo Jotform-Team,

ich möchte gerne, dass nach dem Ausfüllen eines Formulars die Anhänge (Fotos) direkt in der Mail eingebettet sind. Was muss ich dafür tun?

    Ben

    Hi Ben,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, your form link was not attached. Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? You can display the uploaded image directly in your email alerts by adding the IMG: prefix to your upload field tag. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Banner and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.

    4. In the Email editor, add the prefix to the Unique Name of your Upload element. Then, change {fileUpload} to {IMG:fileUpload}. This prefix will create an image with the original dimensions of the uploaded image.
    5. Finally, click on Save to save the changes.

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.

We also have a guide about How to Display Uploaded Image in the Form Emails or Thank You Message that you can check out.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
