Seit geraumer Zeit wir eine Anfrage aus dem Anfrageformular nicht mehr an die im Formular angegebene Emailadresse weitergeleitet. Der Erfasser der Anfrage bekommt aber eine Bestätigung, dass er eine Anfrage eingegeben hat. Am Anfang hat das Versenden der Anfrage der Email einwandfrei funktioniert? Was hat sich geändert? Woran kann das liegen?

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your submissions and our email logs and it appears that everything is working properly. Can you try to check your trash or spam folder? Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving email notifications. Also, please whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web or email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully. You can also set up your own SMTP server using your email address as the sender's email address. Let me walk you through it:
- Go to your My Account page, and click on Settings, or visit here directly.
- Click on the Add Sender Email button.
- Enter the following information:
- Email Address: {your email address}
- Hostname: smtp.gmail.com
- Port: 587
- Username: {your Gmail address}
- Password: {your Gmail or app-specific password}
- Security Protocol: TLS
- When you're finished, click on the Send Test Email button to make sure that everything is working. If it works, click on the Add Email button. If not, please check the details again and correct any errors.

Ich habe ihren Tipp ausprobiert, bekomme aber beim Gmail Account bei EMail testen immer die Fehlermeldung: SMTP Authentication Error, obwohl die Zugangsdaten stimmen.
Woran kann das liegen?

This Authentication error appears when the credentials you have entered are not entirely correct, you can test them out first in this SMTP test tool to verify they are correct. Also, I recommend you thoroughly read the guide on How to Use Your Gmail Account as Your Email Sender via SMTP to see if you might have missed any details, like turning on the two-step verification factor that must be activated for Gmail SMTP, or generating the App password.
