However, you can use a workaround by editing the submission and re-submitting it. This will restart the approval flow process, allowing you to approve it. It is easy to re-submit the submission, let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Inbox, open up the submission and click on the Three Dots icon.
2. Click on Edit.
3. Click on Submit.
4. The approval flow will be restarted. You can then click on Approve.
5. The submission will now be approved, even though it was initially denied.
