Now, let me help you with your question. I have checked on the email address you used to create this thread, and it seems that it isn't associated with any Jotform account. Instead, it is a Guest account.
Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only, and you will not receive a password reset email. If this is not the case, could you please provide the email address or username of the concerned account?
