However, please note, that the payment collected on the forms does not go through Jotform as forms are owned by different individuals. To know about the payment you will need to contact the form owner as they will have the submission data and not Jotform. You might've received an autoresponder email when you filled out the form, you can just reply to the email to contact the form owner.
