About

eBiz Facts is a mission-driven company that reviews online income-generation courses, empowering students to make informed decisions. Founded by Niall Doherty, the company uses Jotform to collect and manage course reviews efficiently while supporting CAMFED, an organization dedicated to advancing girls' education in sub-Saharan Africa.

Challenge

eBiz Facts needed a streamlined and reliable way to collect and manage student reviews of online income-generation courses while also supporting their philanthropic mission of donating to girls' education in Africa.

Solution

Using Jotform, eBiz Facts created two customized forms for collecting student reviews, complete with email verification, file uploads, and star ratings. The team integrated Jotform with tools like Airtable and ClickUp to automate data organization and streamline workflows.

Results

eBiz Facts significantly improved efficiency, saving hours of manual work. They processed and published student reviews faster, enabling them to donate $3,465 to CAMFED, providing a year of schooling for 23 girls in sub-Saharan Africa. The streamlined system supports their goal of publishing 1,000 reviews annually and scaling their impact on both online education transparency and philanthropy.

Ways to automate my business

I’m always looking for ways to automate as many parts of my business as possible. Integrating Jotform with Airtable and Zapier has saved my team hours of manually entering and cross-checking students’ submissions.
