About
Ashley Roller Tattoo was founded by Ashley Roller in 2020 in Springdale Arkansas. Roller has a lifelong passion for art, having learned to draw before she could talk as a child. Roller specializes in plant and animal tattoos, in addition to “kawaii” tattoos, meaning cute and lovable artwork.
Challenge
Ashley Roller Tattoo was spending too much energy on fielding appointment requests. There was no orderly process: clients would reach out via multiple social media platforms or by email. In other cases, they requested an appointment in person. But Roller needs to collect data before approving an appointment. Plus, she needed to collect payment once she approved a request.
Solution
Roller created an appointment request form to collect contact information, preferred appointment times, image uploads, and more, like standard policies and terms of conditions. She then created a payment form and added both forms to Jotform Workflows.
Results
Roller’s workflow cut appointment processing time by 50%. Now she can focus on what matters most: creating tattoo designs for clients. All of her appointment requests and client data are in one place and easy to manage. After she approves an appointment in the workflow, her deposit form is sent automatically and Roller gets paid without lifting a finger.
A great time saver
Having everything in a fillable form saves me time in asking the questions I need answers to in order to design a tattoo. Having everything in one place is a great time saver, not only in the beginning of the tattoo process but later on as well when having to refer back to an appointment for any reason.
