This one-day course is designed for physicians who have a basic understanding of orthobiologics, ultrasound and are able to identify and locate structures under image guidance. This course is intended to advance participant's injection techniques for the shoulder and elbow – and for those who want to progress their knowledge and skills utilizing ultrasound for orthobiologic injection methods.
NOTE: By registering for this course, you attest that you are proficient in basic MSK diagnostic ultrasound. In some instances, proof of training may be required. This course is not intended to be a basic level course. If you need ultrasound training prior to attending this course to meet the requirements, please contact IOF, as we know of several good courses happening across the country where you can develop ultrasound skills.

Diagnostic ultrasound pearls and hands-on image guided shoulder and elbow injections. This course will provide a comprehensive review of anatomy, pathology, and pathophysiology of joint injury and degeneration. Course will start with a hands-on, live model diagnostic ultrasound scanning and move into interventional techniques practiced under the direct supervision of the instructors.
