Payment can be made with cash, card, E-Transfer(Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp etc.) and check (Pay to the order of JS SEALERS LLC. A 3.5% fee will be applied on all credit card transactions. There is no fee for payments made online with a checking/savings account number or in person with a check or cash. JS SEALERS LLC cannot fully guarantee service for preferred date/times selected depending on weather conditions, holidays, and other unspecified conditions out of our control. Our team takes great care during our work process to ensure that we give you a job we are proud of. Our team will redo or refund any services that are not up to our standard of excellence . Just like any trade/service our trade is an art and you can anticipate some minimal contamination/ imperfections in any job. The cure time for asphalt sealing is 4-5 hours for light foot traffic and 48h for vehicle traffic. Depending on how many coats and the seal used there may be a longer cure time. Paver sealing coat takes 48h to fully cure. There are no exceptions for foot or vehicle traffic during those 48h. I understand the quality of a sealing job depends directly on the quality of the surface being sealed. Potholes, cracks, and chips in driveway/patio surfaces will not be fully covered by sealant unless more coats are applied or the damages are taken care of before any seal is applied. The shine from sealant is dependent on the amount of coats applied and the amount of sunlight hitting the sealed area. - Release of Liability: By signing below I acknowledge that there is always a small risk of damage to my driveway or patio that may occur as a result of sealing or pressure washing and I release JS SEALERS LLC of liability for any damages. I acknowledge that JS SEALERS LLC is not liable for any cracks or minor damages that may have been pre-existing on my property. I have had the opportunity to ask any questions prior to my service and fully release JS SEALERS LLC of any damages to my property.
