Early Returns/Last Minute Changes: It is not unusual for trip plans to change at the last minute, however, please understand that The Well-Trained Dog & Pet Care carefully schedules our time to service you and our other clients. Therefore, there are no refunds or credits for early returns or changes to the start of pet care.
Liability: The Well-Trained Dog & Pet Care and its employees agree to provide the services in a caring, responsible manner. The client waives and relinquishes any and all claims against The Well-Trained Dog & Pet Care and its employees, except those arising from gross negligence of the Attendant and/or Pet Sitter. Client agrees to notify The Well-Trained Dog & Pet Care of any concerns related to agreed upon services within 24 hours of return home. Any matter not brought to us will be considered concluded.
Emergency contact: Client agrees to provide The Well-Trained Dog & Pet Care with contact information where he/she can be reached while away. Client will also provide a name and phone number of someone who is authorized to handle any major problems that may arise. If Client or designated contact person cannot be reached in a timely manner, Client agrees that The Well-Trained Dog & Pet Care may resolve emergencies at its sole discretion.
Outdoor Access: The Well-Trained Dog & Pet Care will not be held liable for the well‐being or actions of any pet with unrestricted or unsupervised access to the outdoors.
Aggressive Pets: If a pet has a history of biting or other aggressive behavior, The Well-Trained Dog & Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or cancel service. The owner will be liable for the pet sitter’s medical expenses and/or damages that are the result of an animal bite or injury due to pet’s aggressive behavior.
