Program Dates & Commitment
Participants should expect to commit 50 hours to the program over the course of the year. All ½ day professional development sessions will be from 2 pm – 5pm. This is an example of what the program looks like:
- August: Joint Mentee-Mentor Orientation Session & Light Dinner & Cocktails 4-7:30
- September: Strengthfinders Session – 2-5pm
- October - scheduled one on ones for individual coaching for StrengthFinders
- October - Women of Excellence event (mentees may volunteer for registration)
- November: Leadership Session – 2-5pm
- January: Negotiating with Confidence Session - 2-5pm
- February: Networking & interviewing – 2-5pm
- March: Honor Roll event (mentees may volunteer for registration)
- March: Resilient Leadership – 2-5pm
- April: Communication Session - 2-4 pm, headshots & social 4-6pm
- May: Be Your Own Mentor Session – 2-5pm
- May: Social Hour – 5pm – 6:30pm
- June: Graduation – 5-7:30
Specific locations will be provided at the time of acceptance or beginning of the program. Location of the sessions will be in and around Baltimore City. Mentees may take advantage of most Executive Alliance training and networking events throughout their mentorship year.
Tuition
Tuition is $2,900 and is due prior to the first session. Financial aid is available on a limited basis. Requests for financial assistance must be submitted with the application. Accepted applicants who do not accept or accept and then leave the program are not guaranteed acceptance in subsequent years. Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued.
