UPDATE: As of January 2019, our integration with Wishbox has been discontinued. Feel free to check out our free, customizable feedback form templates!
Powered by Jotform, Wishbox is a great way for your website visitors to easily provide visual feedback, such as bug reports and suggestions for new features.
When most web visitors want to give you detailed visual feedback, it’s a complicated process. First, they need to remember how to grab an image of their computer screen. Then it has to be opened in a graphics program, marked up with comments, attached to an email and sent to the correct person. That’s a lot to do!
Wishbox makes it easy to turn your website into a great customer support tool!
It’s all done through a web browser. There’s no special software you or your web visitors need to install. This makes it a snap for your web visitors to communicate with you — without ever leaving your website. Plus, it’s integrated right into your Jotform account, so it’s easy to review and respond!
Getting Started
Log in to your Jotform account and visit the Wishbox web page. Then follow these three steps to set it up.
Step 1
Insert the email address where you want the feedback sent.
Step 2
Then, it only takes a few seconds to set up Wishbox.
Step 3
Follow the instructions and copy the Wishbox code to your website.
Step 4 (Optional)
If you want, you can add more fields.
Once you’ve completed these steps, a feedback button will be inserted on your website.
When a visitor clicks the button, a new window opens with tools that can be used to draw right on the screen image. This gives you the detailed feedback needed to fix an issue. There are also fields for the sender’s name and email. Then, everything is sent to you!
Wishbox is a great tool to help improve the quality of your customer feedback.
Have you tried Wishbox on your website? How did you benefit from this integration? Let us know in the comments below!

I'm having the same issue as stuart. How do I get the form to actually show. The screen shot covers it. Also how do you get a screen shot of a longer page. I've scrolled to the next area and then started the wishbox but it always bounces back up to the top and takes the same above the fold screenshot. I REALLY like this though and hope you can tell me how to get around these issues. Thanks

I've tested this using Chrome and the screenshot covers the entire feedback window leaving the form totally obscured and unusable. It does not display like is shown in the final screenshot above (i.e. a small screenshot with the form at the right-hand side).
This happens with your example site and also if i embed within my own html.
