3 Jotform features for effective teamwork

Jotform’s all about making life easier for teams, whether it’s your company’s sales department, a team of designers, or maybe an entire company. If you have a group that works together, it needs software that facilitates collaboration.

1) Jotform’s New Trello Integration

You’ve probably noticed that Jotform was recently added as a Trello Power-Up, which allows you to add forms directly to a Trello card. But now we’ve gone a step further. Now you can create new Trello cards automatically whenever someone responds to your form. You get to customize what fields you want merged into your new card, and then you sit back while the card creation is done for you!

Trello is perfect for teams looking to manage projects together. And this integration means a sales lead, design request, or website bug fix request can immediately be acted upon by your team through a Jotform submission.

2) Form Editing Collaboration Feature

When we rolled out Jotform 4.0, we wanted to enhance the ways people create forms, and part of this meant making it better for teams to collaborate on building forms. The reason is simple: many forms are so critical to a business’s success that they need to be reviewed by multiple people on a team, or cross departmentally.

Jotform’s collaboration feature helps with just that. Any user can share their form with anyone they choose so that multiple people can edit it simultaneously. Not only is this a handy way of getting everyone involved, but saves a lot of time in the review process.

3) Multiple Email Recipient Feature

One of the handiest Jotform features is the ability to add multiple people as recipients of a form’s responses. This way, anyone who needs to be in the know of what’s happening with a form’s data is looped in without having to ask around. We use this all the time at JotForm. Whenever we’re hiring and want multiple people to review the resumes; when several people on a team want to review survey responses; or when a user has a suggestion, it helps having a form that sends responses to multiple members of a team.

Regardless of how you’re using Jotform, you could probably benefit from using these handy collaboration features. Are you the sole operator of your Jotform account? Do work with a team that might benefit from anything mentioned above? Let us know in the comments!
