With the launch of monday apps, teams can now build their own workflows using custom-made apps. Jotform is excited to be included as one of the first apps in the monday.com app marketplace to provide users with even more features and functionality.

The Jotform app further expands the capabilities of monday.com by automatically sending data collected from Jotform to your monday.com board and assigning forms to teammates. Users who are already fans of the monday.com and Jotform integration will notice some similarities in the ability to create an item or an update to an item when a form is submitted. We also added another recipe option.
After reaching out to our users, we discovered that they wanted to use our recently launched assign forms feature with monday.com. We’ve added this functionality to our app, and users can now assign a form to someone when a status changes to the desired trigger.
For instance, let’s say you’re using monday.com and Jotform to onboard a new employee. Using the prebuilt custom recipes in monday.com, you could automate the process so that when an employee changes the status to “done,” the next form or employment document is automatically assigned to them.
