I’m very excited to announce a brand new My Account section for Jotform accounts.
To access it click on the Account link on the site navigation profile button. If you are not already logged-in you must sign-in first.
Profile
Change your basic profile information, your password, and your avatar.
As your avatar, you can upload a picture, gravatar or one of the ready to use avatars.
Settings
Change basic settings about your account. You can set a time zone and language for your account.
Spice up your account by choosing one of the themes we have.
Users
Create sub-accounts and give access to some or all of your forms.
Billing
Switch between Jotform subscription plans, view your invoices, change your credit card or see your next billing date.
Until today, we had two plans: Premium and Professional. We received many many requests from our users for a middle plan. So, we listened to our customers and added a new pricing plan: Economy. You get 10x more submissions for only $34/month.
API
Create API keys and view connected apps that have access to your account. Unfortunately, we have not released our API publicly yet. For now, this page is only used to manage your Zapier API key.
History
Browse your account history to make sure your account is secure. You can view the IP addresses used to access your account, and what kind of changes were made on your forms and on your account.
Usage
View your account limits and how much of it was used this month.
Get More
How would you like to increase your account limits for free? Help us spread the word about Jotform and get more submission limits permanently. For example, let’s say you are a free user and you have 100 submissions per month. Invite a friend and when he/she creates an account your limits will be increased to 110/month permanently. Invite more friends and get more increases!

Can't find what I am looking for. Not in navagation - not in your search - no email for support - no live rep for support - and confusing to navigate and find the right form in reference. Oh yeah, and a long list of complaints in your forum. This is not starting out very good. To many negative thing right from the start and don't have days to get answers. So I don't think I'll be using this service!

The new look was fantastic when introduced and the new Account section with the revamped avatar and ability to increase space is a fantastic idea. Keep up the great work guys!!

Great tool and I'm trying to update my credit card information. That seems to open a blank page. I've tried in several browsers. Can you please tell me how I can edit my billing information?

Am looking forward to exploring these new features. Granular access to forms by sub-users could be especially helpful in my practice.

As a big fan of Jotform, i'm happy to hear that you guys introducing Jotform in really improved new shape. Best news is that, free users like me can get extra space and submissions if they are share their great impressions about JotForm. Keep up to good work guys and thank you.
