With more than 4.3 million users worldwide, a vast product offering, and countless features added every month, Jotform is the online form builder of choice for small businesses, nonprofits, educational institutes, enterprise teams, and more.
Though Jotform is a well-known form builder for many reasons, there are probably a few things you still don’t know about our company. We’re here to fix that — with three fun facts.
Fact #1: We’ve been around for more than 12 years
One of the things that differentiates Jotform from other online form builders is our longevity — we’ve been in business for 12 years and counting. Our CEO, Aytekin Tank, bootstrapped Jotform himself and has never accepted any venture capital money — making Jotform 100-percent able to define its own rules and company culture.
Because of Jotform’s flexibility and authenticity, we see a steady increase in signups, the number of forms created, submissions received, and revenue each year.
In 2018, we received more than 1 million signups from users around the globe, putting us over the 4.3 million mark. Our users created more than 2.5 million forms, showing us that they were really taking advantage of all the features and perks of our free form builder. We also received almost 108 million form submissions, just a hair shy of Beyonce’s Instagram follower count. Not too shabby.
Fact #2: We have offices in Turkey and San Francisco
Jotform is headquartered in tech hub San Francisco, but we also have offices in Ankara and İzmir, Turkey. We love having offices in both countries because it diversifies our office atmosphere and management styles, and helps with creativity and problem solving. Our teams in both locations are growing rapidly — more than 50 employees were added in 2018.
Though our offices are different geographically, we hold the same values. Our culture is built on trusting one another, taking ownership of mistakes, and getting to know our teammates on both a personal and professional level. Having a solid company culture helps us leave out politics and focus on creating a foolproof product for our users.
Fact #3: We have a mascot named Podo
You’ve probably seen a cute cat graphic on our website, blog, or email campaigns. That’s Podo — our company mascot, who was rescued from a shelter and speaks over a dozen different languages. Podo is unique!
Podo’s quest as Jotform’s mascot is to, “help Jotform users discover answers to important questions, learn about innovative new features, and celebrate special occasions.”
Our designers were the brains behind this adorable mascot. They succeeded in creating a purrfect addition to our team. And, frankly, our users are in love, too.
As you can see, Jotform isn’t your average online form building company. We have our quirks, and we’re proud of them.

We are considering using your forms for our company. We would look to embed on our forms management software once created. If we need support, we have concerns from some review comments on response time and users being cut off for extended periods of time-is this because the requests are being processed by your team in Turkey? Also if I pay a certain level can I get a dedicated person for service?
