    Защо, като платих с PayU в takeaway, плащането ми не премина през токена на банката?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Bulgarian Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.

    Now, coming back to your question, are you trying to fill out a form, and when you submit your information, it didn't charge your card? Could you try submitting the form again and see if it goes through on the second attempt? Just to be sure, try filling out the form using a different browser as well.
