    Получих на 07.07.2024 имейл от PayU че в рамките на 3 работни дни ще ми преведат сумата 150лв., заплатени за обувки,които върнах. Това така и не се слелучи.

    Circling back to your question, I understand that you filled out a from created by another user and bought a product. That means you were charged by the organization or individual in which you bought the product from. Therefore, you'll need to directly contact them. As Jotform, we are not responsible for the forms, where users sell products and collect payments.
