Искане за възстановяване на начислената по сметката сума

    Добър ден! Преди няколко дни направих поръчка от answear която заплатих 2 пъти взе ми парите от картата и изписа че плащането не може да бъде осъществено, след това анулирах поръчката! Искам да попитам кога парите ми ще бъдат възстановени отново в картата?

    Now, coming back to your question, I have checked the website where you bought a product and the payment hasn't gone through yet you were charged and unfortunately, it is not connected to any forms in Jotform. It means Jotform cannot refund the payment(s) you made to the website, I would suggest contacting their Customer Service and requesting a refund for the charge.
