Now, coming back to your question, I am not sure if I got your concern correctly. Are you referring to using your Outlook email to be a recipient of the Notification email of your form? If yes, you can change the recipient on your form. Let me show you how:

1. In the Form Builder, click Settings in the top toolbar.
2. Click the Emails tab.
3. Hover your mouse on the notification or autoresponder email and click the Pencil Icon to edit:
4. Go to the Recipients tab. Here you can change the Recipient Email or add more emails.

Attaching the uploaded files to your Notification Emails is easy. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle Send File Uploads as Attachments to the On position.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

Are you trying to attach your own file to your Autoresponder emails? If so, we can do that through the Autoresponder email's settings. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings and Emails.
2. Next, click on the Pen icon over your Autoresponder Email.
3. Under the Advanced tab, upload your file on the Attach File section and click Save.

As long as the file is saved on your computer, it can be uploaded to your Autoresponder email, and will be sent to anyone who will be receiving the Autoresponder. We also have a guide on Setting up an Autoresponder Email that you can check out.
