In collaboration with Fanshawe College and the ConnectHER program, BCCWITT is looking for apprentices to join our Journey to Success for Women Apprentices program!
If we want more girls and women to consider the skilled trades, we need to allow them to see that it is possible. Together, as the ConnectHER Community, we can break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create inclusive work environments where everyone can thrive. Join us in championing women in skilled trades and building a future where talent and skill are celebrated regardless of gender.
BCCWITT’s Journey to Success for Women Apprentices program supports women apprentices in BC to successfully complete their apprenticeship, achieve journey status, and gain the economic security that a Red Seal in the skilled trades may bring.
Journey to Success for Women Apprentices will help empower women apprentices to complete their apprenticeship, start their career in trades, and advocate for themselves. Participants will benefit from fully funded trainings, mentorship opportunities and being part of a strong community of tradeswomen at all stages of their career!
