Now, let me help you with your question. If you want to show the correct answers after submission, you may want to take a look at our Quiz app. It lets you turn your form into a quiz form where you can show the wrong and correct answers. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. Go to Quiz Form, then click on Open Quiz Form at the bottom.

2. Click on Allow in the authorization window.

3. In the Form Picker window, select your form, then click on Continue.

4. Now, select the options that you'd like to enable in the Options section.

5. Next, scroll down to your form and select or provide the correct answers to the questions.

6. Once you're done, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save Quiz.

If you want to add scoring to the form, you need to assign a calculation value to each correct option and tally them using the form calculation widget. Here's an example of how it is done.
