Hi aduhaiman,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Arabic Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Arabic, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want to free up some space on your upload storage, which is currently over the limit. To free up your upload space, you need to purge your deleted submissions in the Trashed Entries folder. But before deleting and purging the entries, you might want to download your form submissions to keep the data as a backup. After downloading your form submissions, you can delete some entries that have uploaded files and purge them. Let me show you how to do that:
1. Go to My Forms page and select a form with more submissions and uploaded files.
2. Click on Submissions at the top.
3. Select the entries using the checkboxes in the first column, or use the Select All box in the upper-left corner to select all entries.
4. Click Delete in the upper-right corner.
- A confirmation dialog box will show up and click Move to Trash.
Now it's time to purge your deleted entries. Check out the steps below on how it's done:
1. In the table's tab, click on the three dots icon.
2. Select the Trashed entries.
3. In the Trash pane on the right, use the Select All box to purge all deleted entries, or select individually.
4. Click Delete Forever in the upper-right corner of the pane.
- Lastly, click Delete from the confirmation dialog box.
That's it. We also have a guide to help you learn how to delete form submission data.
Give it a try, and let us know if you have any other questions.
