Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry that you are having issues registering yourself on Jotform. I have checked your account and could notice that you have registered to a Free Account. Are you perhaps trying to upgrade your account? If so, can you please let us know what error are you encountering when trying to upgrade your account? Please also consider to send us a screenshot of the error message. We have a guide about How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum that you can check out. Also, can you please let us know what plan (Bronze, Silver or Gold) and what Payment Schedule (Monthly or Yearly) you have selected, so we can inform our Billing Team and request a payment link?
