Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, selecting a quantity is not a direct feature for the Appointment element. You might want to consider using the Inventory widget. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, go to My Forms.
• On the left side of the page, click on Create Form.
• Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, choose the Inventory element. Then click on the magic wand button next to the widget to add the date availability. Your users can then select the quantity.
