How to have users serch their Reservation details using their Reservation Number?

Now, let me help you with your question. If you want your users to be able to search for their reservation data by entering their reservation number, you can use a Spreadsheet to Form widget. 

In this process, you will need two forms. One for collecting information from the users and the second form will be where your users can search for their reservation details. Here's an example of Form 1:

Once you have collected the data from form one, you can Download the Submissions in Form 1 via Excel Format. Once done downloading, you can upload the downloaded Excel file to your Spreadsheet to Form widget in Form 2.

Keep in mind that the limitation of this feature is that you need to manually download the submissions you are getting from Form 1 and upload it to your Spreadsheet to Form Widget on your Form 2 every time there are submissions as the data are not automatically updated in Form 2. 

Another option would be Creating an Autoresponder Email to your form so every time your users submit the form, they will receive a copy of their submission data. Let me show you how to do it:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Now, click on Add an Email.
• Next, select Autoresponder Email.
• Customize the options the way you want them and you’re done.

Now, your customers will get an Autoresponder Email after they fill out your form.
