Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Arabic Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Arabic let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
We're sorry you're having difficulties upgrading your account. I checked your account and I couldn't see any restriction. Can you try upgrading your account again using a different browser and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, please let us know the error message you're receiving as well as a screenshot of the screen. If you could also let us know if you're trying to upgrade on the monthly or the annual plan, that will allow us to generate an alternate link you may use to upgrade your account.
