Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Arabic Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Arabic, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until .they're available again
With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. I checked your account and I see that it is in overlimit status due to reaching the upload space limit.
Please note that the upload space limit refers to the available disk space for the files uploaded by your form respondents into your forms .
To free up upload space, you have to delete submissions that contain submission files. Please check our guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data.
Also, after deleting the data, these are still going to be stored on your "Trashed entries" for 30 days which still takes up your upload space limit if the deleted submissions have uploaded files.
However, you have the option to purge these files permanently from the Trashed Entries. Let me help you do it:
- On your submissions page, click on the “⋮” button then click on "Trashed entries".
- Then it will open a pop-up window that shows all the deleted submissions data. Click on delete to delete them permanently.
