Deleted submission but the date is still unavailable.

I would like to inquire about the submissions, one of the users requested to book an appointment and the appointment was rejected by me as the form owner, and when someone else wants to book the same appointment, it appears in gray even though I deleted the submission and I Cleared Caches and emptied the trash

What is the solution?

Deleting the submissions should clear the appointment in the appointment field.

Could you please let us know the date of the appointment that is causing the issue?
