    Hi محمد,

    When I checked your account, I saw that it was suspended because your form titled Vendor Registration Form has fields to collect sensitive information, which violates our Terms of Use. For us to lift the suspension, we'll need your permission to remove the offending fields from that form.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    I removed the sensitive data collection fields from your forms and reinstated your account. You should be able to log in now. You can stop your account from being suspended again, by making sure that your future forms comply with our Terms of Use.
