Questions about submission limit

لدي نموذج أريد تنفيذه لجمع معلومات متسابقين، فهل تساعدني الخطة المجانية على ذلك علماً أن عدد المتسابقين قد يتجاوز 1000 وأريد بذلك عدد استجابات لا محدود.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Arabic, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If you have reached submissions above 500, you can only view your 500 latest submissions. Your forms will continue to be active and still further receive submissions, but the oldest ones will be removed in exchange for the new submissions received.

I listed the Starter (free) plan below.

• 5 Forms Limit: They can only have 5 active forms.
• 100 Monthly Submissions
• 100 MB Upload Space
• 1,000 Monthly Form Views 
• 500 Total Submission Storage 
• 100 Fields per Form 
• 10 Monthly Payment Submissions
• HIPAA Compliance Features—This is not available
• Jotform Branding — This will appear at the bottom of their forms.

The monthly usage limit refers to the maximum number of times you can use a feature every month. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for your monthly usage to reset or upgrade your account to increase your limits. You can check your monthly usage reset date from your Account Usage page.
