Account was suspended due to collection of login credentials

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and found that it has been suspended due to the form 241718589265065 asking for an email and password. Keep in mind that asking for login credentials is against our Terms of Use. To reactivate the account, we need your permission to remove the offending fields from your form.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
