Why my account was suspended for no reason?

لقد قمتم بحظر حسابي من دون سبب مقتع اتمنى اعادة حسابي اليوم بسبب المشاريع التي علي تسليمها

While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Arabic Support agents who can help you. Now, coming back to your question, your account is currently suspended for violating our Terms of Use through your Sign-In Form. Keep in mind that collecting login credentials is not permitted in Jotform. We can reactivate your account, but we must remove the password field from the form.

ماذا على أن أفعل احتاج الى حسابي لدى مشروع يجب تسليمه اليوم ارجو منكم مساعدتي ويمكنكم إلغاء حقول كلمة المرور وما تريدون أن تفعل فافعل لا مشكلة لدى لكن احتاج الى الحساب رجاء
