    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer support in Arabic. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.

    Now, coming back to your question, When you say the Jotform App has taken you out of the account, do you perhaps mean you can't access it? If so, can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Or do you mean your account was locked? If so, I checked the email address associated to this Guest account but did not find any account under it. Can you provide the correct email address so we can go ahead and locate the account? If that’s not exactly the issue, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
